“Kathleen is an amazing trainer! I hadn’t ever been to a gym before starting personal training with her and she was phenomenal with helping me learn and get comfortable with the gym environment. We started a lot with form to make sure I am completing the exercises safely and would feel able to use weight once we got to it!
